The pizza tastes delicious. The gentleman on the phone and behind the counter should still get a lot of tutoring in terms of customer orientation and friendliness. Lunch offer at a good price. Incorrect specification of the pizza size on the website (30 × 30 cm is completely different from 30 cm in diameter).

Cannot agree with the many bad reviewers here. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the on-site service, as we have only ordered for delivery so far. But with all three orders we have been super satisfied so far, both with the delivery (on time and quickly, also a nice driver) and the quality of the pizzas. They are really tasty and not just any ready-made pizza like many other delivery services, unfortunately. Will order here again 👍

Can you eat a delicious pizza?

A year off ... and now order here again. I have to say I was really surprised at how bad a pizza place can develop. Too much salt on the pizza👍, completely dry👍 etc. I prefer to go down the street to the competition. Goodbye forever!

I was unsure whether I should venture an order based on the reviews. Well, you really shouldn't expect Italian warmth here, but in my case politeness, including holding the door open because I had my hands full. The pizza was excellent, I didn't try pasta. I personally pick up pizzas, no matter where, or preheat the oven to briefly throw them in again upon delivery. I would be happy if the service continues to improve, including the friendliness of the responses to reviews, so that the little shop can last a long time. Because it tasted really very good! Very rude owner, doesn't wash hands after smoking, then top the pizza without gloves. Ingredients come out of a bucket and are certainly not fresh. Very, very nasty the whole. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Am Besten Pizza!!! This is the best pizza I've ever eaten in Nuremberg. First of all, it's best because it's not salty, and it's also the best because it's baked in an oven. The best pizza I've eaten in a long time, is well suited to pick up, on site only if it has to be quick, because of the ambience maybe not so many stars! but still the pizza has the perfect taste! Optimally topped and super crispy!

Totally disappointed! First we waited so long and then when the food arrived it was just cold! The shop is two streets away! Eating cold pizza after such a long wait and being very hungry is really sad! In addition, at Lieferando you have the opportunity to write something about the order, to say extra requests. We did this. Nothing was taken into account :( We called the shop to give our opinion and to complain in the hope that our food would be delivered again (some restaurants do that), but no we were told that the pizza was only baked 20 minutes ago and it it cannot be that this is cold .... our extra wish was that the pizza was not cut. The gentleman did not respond to that. So it's a shame. The pizza would have the potential to taste good .. The star is already too many .. The order never arrived !!! With a delay of over 40 minutes we called personally and an employee on the phone lied to us the supplier was at our door and would have tried in vain to reach us and he is already waiting downstairs ... However, neither a supplier was at our door (had waited outside for almost 20 minutes) the call was still made .... unfortunately paid via Paypal .. This employee of the month had said that it wouldn't be his problem when we said we don't want a 1-hour cold pizza anymore have ... just rude, he even threatened my husband ..

Ordered at 21:20 via Lieferando and delivered at 21:45. Accordingly, pizza was very hot. Get a nice spicy pizza on special request. Pizza Funghi with really fresh mushrooms. Extra garlic definitely fresh. Olives good. Pizza Tonno good and properly topped. Good seasoning. The batter is fluffy and crispy. Guaranteed to be baked on stone. I've already eaten a pizza or two. Also in Italy, Barcelona and of course in Germany. The pizza is really delicious here. Price performance is the top hammer! I can't confirm the bad reviews!

Food wasn't very good last time. Pizza and “bruscetta” (was simply pizza bread with a few tomato cubes on it) were totally salty. In addition, it is really ridiculous that the supplier uses the excuse “Corona” to ask customers to collect their food from the street in front of the house. What's the point, please? It's just pure laziness. Even if the job is exhausting, the service to the customer shouldn't suffer. No other delivery service does that. Will not order here anymore.

I ordered online through the website today. After waiting an hour I called to ask if the order was received. I was told the PC had a problem and I had to wait an hour for my food. I then canceled the order. No more.

CAUTION!! absolutely not recommended !! On 02/16/2020 I was looking for a dinner for my daughter and myself at Lieferando, which will be delivered promptly, since the next day is school. For this reason, the selection fell on the "Trattoria Da Pepe" which in the Lieferando app had a delivery time of 35 minutes. indicates. 1. Delivery time instead of 35min. > 90min. on tel. Inquiry after 90min. just blah blah 2. Pizza Margherita ordered with shrimp and crab. Delivered with capers and crabs. (Which kid is caper on the pizza) 3. Rigatoni al Forno, burned, cold, inedible in taste. After several calls with complete ringing finally an employee on the phone, who only tel. Had to consult his boss. Statement from the boss, a new delivery is possible, but money back is not. The request to pick up the delivered "food" was not received at all. Lieferando informs, payment service takeaway asked to send money back, PayPal informed and let the case open. Will post update if something new arises. @ Chef the "Trattoria DA Pepe" I do not need a comment ala "today was a lot going on" etc. This is just a lame excuse! it has nothing to do with inedible food.
